Ummm… we have box elder beetles that make their way into the house. Sometimes Daffodil is very solicitous of their health and well being and wants me to scoop them up and take them outside. Other times, not so much. For those that don’t know, box elder beetles are pretty tiny red-and-black ‘true bugs’, and are pretty harmless unless they mistake you for a tree and try to suck the sap out of you.
“Boooog!”, by the way, has an extended vowel sound somewhere between the ‘ue’ in ‘glue’ and the ‘oh’ in ‘oh my!’ There is no ‘ugh’ in ‘boooog’.
